Zip files must be unzipt and then installed with the setup file.
Xlam files must be placed into the folder %appdata%\Microsoft\AddIns\
Copy this to clipboard and use control-r on keyboard past with control-v en click 'ok'
After placing the file on the right location it also must be activated.
Start Excel. If Excel was started already you must restart Excel (Important!!)
Click on the office logo (2007) or file (2010 en higher)
